International Shipping Policy

LES EDITIONS BRUXELLOISES ships to most countries around the world using the fastest delivery methods available to us.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via the email or phone number you provided.

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • New Zealand: 10 – 12 days
  • United States: 12 – 15 days
  • Canada: 10 – 12 days
  • South America: 12 – 18 days
  • Africa: 12 – 15 days
  • Asia: 6 – 8 days
  • Remote islands: 20 – 25 days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from EMS, DHL to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) and link. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

LES EDITIONS BRUXELLOISES is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

LES EDITIONS BRUXELLOISES is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
